DavidTODDHis wife Lynda, daughter Hayley and son Michael, son-in-law Barry and daughter-in-law Angela, Grandchildren Joseph, Cerys, James and Katie would like to thank the Royal Liverpool Hospital, his family doctor and all the doctors and nurses for the care and attention shown to Dave and for looking after him in and out of hospital. Also, we would like to thank Peter Coyne and Steven for the services. Special thanks to the Woodlands for the catering and service, all his friends, old and new, for attending the service, all the friends from Fagans and all the London people. Finally, we would like to thank Peter Coyne for the flowers and also friends and family for the flowers, cards and messages. Dave will be sadly missed.
